Here a few photos from my Metro experience! It is a huge place like Ikea, Kmart and Pak n Sav combined it was fascinating I thought they would sell anything and everything however they dd not sell baking soda. We brought a few appliances which you have to have checked before you leave they plug them all in to see if they work then they give you the warranty. i found some NZ apples, Kiwifruit and milk fancy that. I think most people go there for the bulk food items. we have a local super market too which does not have fresh food however it did have baking soda.
Metro is not a place i would love to be all the time however it is good to go and explore and buy from time to time. I am sure when I get a little more settled in I will be back for containers and a few more home-ware type pieces.
