To help us start to understand life in District 1 we jumped on a foodie tour with XO Tours. Despite the rain we had a wonderful night. Meeting lots of lovely people. The tour guides spoke very good English and had great knowledge of all the different districts. We loved trying all sorts of foods like Frogs, duck embryos, seafood, beef, goat, coconut, creme brulee, noodles and lots more. We each had our own driver and the group had some guides who took us through the city and different districts to eat and sight see. I would totally recommend this tour to anyone who would like to see some sights and eat amazing food! It is a great insight into life in Ho Chi Minh City. It showed me that I am not ready to ride my very own motor bike however I loved riding on the back zip zapping through the city.
